1. Delivery Service

  • We utilize both our own delivery service and third-party delivery partners to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

2. Free Delivery

  • We offer free delivery within a 5km radius from our location. This is available automatically during checkout for eligible customers.

3. Distance-Based Charges

  • For locations beyond the 5km radius, a delivery charge of Rs 300/- will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • The estimated delivery time for orders is between 60-120 minutes, depending on the delivery distance and local traffic conditions within the Delhi NCR region.

5. Delivery Zones

  • We reserve the right to specify delivery zones based on feasibility. We strive to serve a wide area, but some locations may not be feasible for timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Order tracking is available via WhatsApp directly with the Logistics Team at Roshini’s Homemade. Please note, we do not offer online tracking at this time.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of orders. Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay your delivery.

8. Delivery Issues

  • While we make every effort to provide a seamless delivery experience, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues beyond our control, such as adverse weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen events.

9. Third-Party Delivery Partners

  • For certain orders and locations, Roshini’s Homemade may use a third-party delivery partner. In such cases, please note that we will not be held responsible for any damage to the product that may occur during transit.
  • Customers are encouraged to reach out directly to the third-party delivery service for any concerns related to damaged products during transportation.
