Roshini’s Homemade Ghee is prepared in our small family gaushala with 350 desi cows in Lampur village, near Narela, Delhi. Our cows are fed fresh green fodder enriched with Bajra, Jowar, Moringa, Makka, Molases, Almonds, Dates, and Sheera—ensuring nutrient-rich, sattvic milk.
The ghee is hand-churned during Brahma Muhurta (the sacred pre-dawn hour) using the traditional bilona method with pure A2 milk. This slow and careful process locks in maximum nutrition, authentic flavor, and Ayurvedic purity.
Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), Roshini’s Homemade Ghee is a natural source of good fats that support immunity, strength, and overall well-being.
